Reservations & Rates
- Room rates vary based on status (Official, Unofficial, IDT)
- To receive official or IDT rates, you must have a travel order or a memorandum on unit station stating you are in drill status
- Reservations are limited to 2 rooms. (Request for exception must be in writing citing specific reasons)
- VIP/DV QUARTERS ARE FOR ALL CURRENT AND RETIRED O-6 AND ABOVE OR E-9 ONLY
- Must have a credit card on file to reserve a room
Check-In
Check-in time is 1500 and checkout time is 0900
Terms & Conditions
- Reservations are not guaranteed and may be cancelled due to mission requirements
- Cancellation Fee of $15.00 will be charged if reservation is not cancelled 24 hours prior to reservation.
- Guest are responsible for any damages to rooms.
- All rooms are Non-Smoking
- No pets allowed
- Reservations are limited to 30 days prior to arrival date
