The Foundation has enriched the lives of many. Here are some of their own words:

Matt Levetan C5 Quadriplegic - Age 23

Matt Leventan

Now that I have returned home from Kessler and am continuing my rehab, this computer which you so generously gave to me is helping me enormously.

Not only am I using the computer to write this letter but when I'm done, I will use it to answer the day's e-mail. I've already used it to gain information from the Internet which has aided me in my rehab, and I look forward to using it more to return to my pre-accident activities as a music show promoter. The computer has proved invaluable in keeping me from becoming isolated, especially since I'm not yet at the point in my rehab where I'm fully independent and mobile.

A simple "thank you" seems inadequate payment for your generosity, but it is heartfelt.

Anastasia Boroviskis C3/4 Quadriplegic - Age: 32 Years Injured: 19

Anastasia

"I would like to take this time to thank you for the wonderful opportunities you have provided me. My plans for the new computer and software are various.

Not only will it provide me with the new level of independence, but also to resume my education by doing course work and research online. One of my short-term goals is to become proficient in billing of my nursing staff and the documentation of my care. My long-term goal is to establish a nursing agency with a specialty focusing on care of SCI patients."

Kris Cordero - Age 16

I would just like to say Thank You for the wonderful opportunities you have given my son. My son is Kris Cordero, age 16, C5-6 injured 7 months, and you blessed him with a computer. You not only blessed him with the computer but you blessed him with independence. Since he received his computer with the Dragon Speech he is able to do something on his own. Kris is a junior in high school and is able to do assignments on his computer. Kris also uses the computer as a communication tool. It is hard to visit friends as not everyone's house is w/c accessible. There are no words to express the blessing that you have given. Thank you for your kindness and following Gods plan for your life. I pray that Kris will hear Gods plan for his life.

Again THANK YOU!

Russell Van Ness C4 Quadriplegic - Age 51 Years

"A whole new world is opening for me since I'm learning to research information on the Internet. I was a Civil Engineer for 27 years before I broke my neck. I'm looking forward to collaborating with my fellow engineers on their projects. I have lost the use of my arms and legs, but I still have my engineering knowledge.

There are not enough words to thank the Foundation for giving me my computer....Russell"
